His legs were twitching while one officer literally had his hands over the guy’s mouth and nose. He’s wearing a tank top and cotton shorts. There’s no way he could’ve been hiding any weapons or posing a threat. Those officers were did not behave rationally.

He said that I was speeding but that was impossible since I had my car on cruise control. He gave me a $450 ticket and said that I had “the right to come to court to contest it”. It’s obvious that he was targeting ppl to ticket to raise funds for his department.
