4/5 Key finding: 69% support increased regulation of advanced practice. They see it as a path to better recognition & standardisation of their valuable skills.

3/5 Despite challenges, their determination shines through. 66% who completed UK advanced practice training report positive experiences. But barriers remain - especially financial constraints & unclear pathways.

2/5 We heard from 1,500+ international nurses & midwives. Many bring incredible advanced skills from abroad, yet 2/3 say these aren't recognised by UK employers. This leads to deskilling & frustration. We must do better.
