Congratulations to the Community Cardiology Team, who have won the Team of the Year Award - Clinical in our Group Staff Awards.🎉 This team has introduced virtual wards, new clinics, and at-home treatments, creating a seamless link between community and hospital cardiology care.

Today I also visited the Lincs Hospital Radio, based at Pilgrim Hospital, Boston. Today Lincs Hospital Radio received 30 DAB Radios, which were purchased following a generous donation from Pilgrim Hospital Support Group Charity Shop. Thank you for your support. 💙

I have had a brilliant morning visiting colleagues at the Breast Unit in Pilgrim Hospital, Boston. 💙 The unit is for women and men being referred symptomatically from their GP and those who require further assessment following their three yearly breast screening mammogram.

Well done to Kimberley Wade, Student Nursing Associate, who has won the Rising Star Award in our Staff Awards. 🎉 Nominated by a patient, Kimberley made an incredible difference to their journey and care. Her nomination highlights how she embodies everything a nurse should be.
