Friday 400 practice!! I honestly didn’t know how many kids would show up to this. When you have distance kids, sprinters, seniors, freshman, etc. all show up to a TOUGH, optional practice, it makes a coaches heart grow a few sizes!! It was even nice enough to be out on the track!
