A recently published paper ( is getting some traction: we mapped vegetation changes as a result of ice loss on the Greenland Ice Sheet. I did the change analysis using GW binomial regression. #rstats.#rspatial.

A lovely piece of work to be involved in. It addresses a critical gap in ST methods which currently do not take account of important considerations & therefore do not take full advantage of the opportunities afforded by location! #SpatialTranscriptomics #rstats #rspatial.
Our Perspective "Mapping the Transcriptome - realising the full potential of spatial data analysis" is out today in @CellCellPress A short thread on this work follows. .

Hey Patrick! we are super pleased that you had a good time. It was an impressive showing by the #GIScience community, in terms of numbers, contribution and fun (!). We were fortunate to have a fantastic conference team behind us. @GIScience_conf @gisatleeds @SoGLeeds.
Reflections on @GIScience_conf. I had a great week, and couldn't condense my thoughts into a tweet (are they still called tweets anymore?🧐), so I wrote a blog post: Super thanks to @lexcomber @ajheppenstall and @nickmalleson for an awesome week💚🤟
