Mark English winning medals at major champs .... Standard!! A lot of runners could learn from Mark. His race craft is exceptional. Very good at running the shortest line, staying calm and producing when it matters. One of my favourite athletes to watch ๐
Brilliant, brilliant racing craft and class one again by Mark English to win his FIFTH European medal. Five major finals in his career, five medals. Only Sonia O'Sullivan has won more individual medals for Ireland on the international stage. What a racer.

When Southgate does leave, which I assume he will, we won't have any issues finding a new manager. We clearly have millions of people online who know a lot more, would do a far better job than him, sat on their sofa drinking beer ๐ป The FA will have a long list to choose from

This has to stop ๐ It's great that people are being caught, but it's time to go after the coaches, agents & people allowing this to happen. I feel athletics is at one of the worst ever points in terms of doping. Too many 'unbelievable' performances out there!
