IIRC, acetaminophen is worse for the liver and you must be really careful about dosing. And ibuprofen is rough on the kidneys but not as hard on the liver as acetaminophen. I sometimes take 600 mg ibuprofen up to 3 times a day and have never had a problem.

Haven't acceded to the ICC (Rome Statute) or all Geneva protocols but they are de facto members of the ICJ simply by being member states of the UN. As such, I don't think they can get past an ICJ decision referring it to the ICC. But I'm not a lawyer.

Egypt should immediately institute a no-fly zone over Gaza, IMO. As part of ensuring that Gazans will not be mass displaced and protecting those still in Gaza along with humanitarian workers and humanitarian aid.
