This is just so incredibly fucked up and could have horrible consequences including veterans deciding not to take their medication so their much needed monthly disability compensation isn’t reduced. Shame on @SecVetAffairs
The VA's new rule, effective immediately, states that a disability level must be based on how well a veteran functions while on medication and not on the underlying impairment itself.
