Not your keys, not your crypto. Not your models, not your mind. Sovereign money and sovereign AI is the recipe for the high agency individual

Privacy is the biggest unifying force in crypto. Every chain needs it. Every ecosystem needs it. It also happens to be universally applicable to all of human existence. When you realize this, you will understand that privacy is the defining movement of this industry.

"In practice, sovereignty matters because competitive advantage increasingly lives inside prompts, workflows, fine-tuning, and proprietary context. When intelligence is rented, so is leverage." When your edge industry data and core IP live in your AI models AI privacy is not a

High agency, high potential begginers are often far better at solving large problems in new, divergent ways Why? They don't have to unlearn the old Habitus, the old way of being. Thus, they have no preconceptions limiting their thinking

This is the exact reason I started @Covenantlabsai If your AI is not private by default, eventually it will be used against you. Design a system without the need to “trust” a third party to play nanny state over your digital mind

To clarify for context - the quoted stat was reffering to 80% of the 20-30% of new applicants running open source models. Still significant trend towards opensource. https://t.co/ZiuTnlUMfg

Well, not quite. I'd say 20-30% use open source. Of those I'd say 80% use Chinese based models. So closer to 16-24%.

This is one reason I am so bullish on the shift to open source, fine tuned models The economics just make sense. Add in verifiable privacy by encrypting your models, and now you have a product that is better in 98% of use cases than calling gpt5 Our internal research

All the analysts forever writing about OpenAI vs Anthropic vs Google are missing the real story that already happened. 80% of startups pitching Andreessen Horowitz are running on Chinese open-source models. Not OpenAI. Not Anthropic. Chinese models like DeepSeek that cost 214x

This is a massive, massive risk for any business building on top of OpenAi, or their competitors. Highly recommend moving to a private, open-source AI stack. If you don't want to build this from scratch, reach out to me! cc: @Covenantlabsai

Just a fair warning to founders: like Facebook and microsoft, I predict OpenAI will study their platform partners and compete with many of them in the coming years. This isn't abnormal, mind you… Microsoft built windows, then destroyed their top partners lotus 1-2-3 and

An interesting trend we're noticing at Stripe: US startups are pulling ahead of their peers elsewhere. These charts show averaged revenue growth for software startups in each location. US startups typically grow somewhat faster than those elsewhere. However, since mid-2023, US

“Trust me bro” is the predominant paradigm in AI. Trust me with your data, trust me with your most intimate thoughts, trust me with your key IP, Build your business in a way that I have complete and total leverage over your existence… But bro… just trust me! The fact that

SAM ALTMAN’S BUSINESS MODEL: “TRUST ME, BRO” Brad Gerstner questioned OpenAI’s economics: “How can a company, with $13 billion in revenues, make $1.4 trillion of spending commitments?” Sam immediately became defensive, lashing out: “We're doing well more revenue than that.

The idea of a memetic double is fascinating, and under explored. As we continue to augment ourselves, physically with bio hacking & cybernetics, and digitally with AI The characters we are creating do indeed take on a life of their own (not a new phenomenon if you look at any

JD Vance did not dress as himself—he dressed as the simulation of himself. The meme, that infinitely reproducible pixelated idol, had already become more real than the man. The meme is his double, but also his salvation. It circulates faster, believes harder, and suffers less.

When I was a child, one of my great heroes was the Lutheran pastor, Richard Wurmbrand, author of "Tortured for Christ." I had his tapes, I read his books, and as a young pastor I was actively involved with the ministry he helped to found, The Voice of the Martyrs. The most
