it's not the engine that matters, it's the art! any game engine looks pro quality if you throw pro quality art at it. all these mind-blowing unreal and unity demos have million dollar art on display - that same art would also make your favorite alternative game engine shine too!

One good thing from this Unity debacle is that it’s great to see devs going out and discovering some other game engines. Hope some of them get a good boost.

Also also added in the model loading test. Mipmapping and multisampling also done, but not shown in this video clip. Next up is refactoring and a bit of architecture work. Will then move onto lighting some basic primitives while learning more about shader writing.
