Democrats have to get away from identity-first messaging. It's the only way we'll have a two party system again.
For the love of God, please stop framing it this way. Yes, firing the first Black woman at the Fed is bad. But the core issue is presidential control over the economy like a strongman, risking real damage to Americans’ finances. Identity is secondary to abuse of power.

I’d be more sympathetic to this boo-hoo ing from Republicans if the SOLE purpose of these extra seats weren’t to give President Trump even more of Congress’s Article I authority. Difference in degree not kind yes, but the GOP today is a greater evil IMO.
Imagine if the Dominant Media covered past bare knuckles, cynical, political gerrymandering by Blue states the way they are covering the bare knuckles, cynical, political attempt by Texas Republicans.
