Just so I understand. Added charges are:.▪️Import Duty.▪️Excise Duty.▪️VAT.OK I get all that but what is the:.▪️An Post fee ??.I've paid postage and packaging already so cost of the original item has more than doubled. If you don't deliver my parcel what are you actually doing?.
@Postvox just received letter from An Post to pay customs for package from UK. This following previous where customs paid but no package ever delivered. Call centre inoperable, Webchat a joke DMs unanswered. anything more you need from me?.#shambles #farce #fiasco @conor_pope

I'm sure I will encourage her out again, that's my role. But the fact that a child would be discouraged (or afraid) for a single day in going for a spin on her bike due to the actions of a driver in charge of a vehicle just isn't acceptable. 2/4.
