After 24 years, I worked my final shift at Derby Hospitals, at least for now. I'm excited about my new role, but it's been emotional to say goodbye to so many great colleagues and friends. Thank you @acp_uhdb and so many others for all your support - it's been a blast!

It’s MS Awareness Week. My husband Tim has always been outspoken about his MS. We watched the London marathon on TV yesterday. The days of us running to raise money for the MS Trust are in the past. I’m so proud of Tim for always focusing on what he can do, not what he has lost.
MS Awareness Week starts today and #MSUnfiltered - a sensitive campaign to encourage people to speak out. @mssocietyuk @MS_Together_ @MSTrust @MSUK6 @NeuroTherapyNet @OvercomingMS @shiftms will be sharing stories from the MS community. Join the conversation #MSUnfiltered
