Encourage your Senators to vote NO on the Ernst Amendment!.
The Ernst amendment extending solar/wind subsidies is an absolute disaster for electricity that will reduce capacity, impede AI, and raise prices. This is not just my opinion, this is the opinion of most impartial experts who don't benefit from subsidies.

SAY IT LOUDER!! . Senator Lee and I agree!. The only thing I would restateā¦the U.S.Government may be paying these companies, but donāt forget that itās OUR MONEY they are using. 45Q for sequestration NEEDS to be stripped OUT of the bill!.
The U.S. government shouldnāt be paying oil & gas companies to store CO2. Time to terminate 45Q.

We must make sure that the Feds to not override state sovereignty by preempting state and local laws regarding CO2 pipelines. The 45Q incentives in the reconciliation bill are the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow for these companies.
