Hubs & I went shopping for new light fixtures today, toddler in tow, dressed in our comfiest WFH best. We're renovating our house and about to spend some $$$. But, of the 12 or so employees, nobody approached us for 45 mins. Friendly reminder not to judge books by their covers.

This #InternationalWomensDay, consider the fact that BLS data from Jan shows there's STILL 1.8M less women in US workforce than 2 years ago. Most are mothers. Men have regained all labor losses. Is flexibility alone enough to get them back? I wanna know what you think.
