The tragic F16 crash yesterday looks reminiscent of the 1988 Phantom F4 display crash at RAF Abingdon, where the pilot extended when inverted with full burner to reposition during his display, and consequently didn’t have enough radius for the remainder of the loop. RIP Slab 😔.

This is the worst kind of engagement farming post. The pilot elected not to continue to land three times, she didn’t “fail” to land @MahyarTousi. There are many possible reasons for this that you are not privy to as a passenger. Having gone around, explaining to you why is.
Just had the most chaotic landing in Greece. The pilot failed to land three times but the biggest complaint from everyone was that she refused to talk to anyone or explain the situation. And after the messy landing, she still refused to at least say goodbye to the passengers.

… and this is the sort of thing they produce. This is from Brest, just southwest of where we are on holiday currently. The dry lapse rate (red) and wet lapse rate (blue) get closer together as relative local humidity increases, so I can expect cloudy conditions today.
