I got more wrong than I did right re: teaching this academic term, but one positive is that I did not make my students buy another commercial textbook.
An observation: It is embarrassing that we law professors know how to solve the market failures in every market, except the ones we directly control. Who are we to lecture others, when we can’t even get our own house in order? I’ll give two example, you can fill in the rest.
