Couple things. First, go to an Apple Store and demo this. Trust me. Second, surprises me that my two favorite "spatial videos" have been this an Alica Keys. I did not anticipate how good this would be for music. Finally, I'm so glad they did "One." Saw them live in the late 90s.

This is unbelievably good. I'd pay unreasonable amounts of money for a full concert. Can #VisionPro capture the experience of @Metallica live? Of course not! But closer than I thought possible. Being up close with the band was cool, but being in the crowd? Intense. I need more.

After 10 years at Adobe, I’ve decided to leave to explore the intersection of spatial computing (VR/AR) and Artificial Intellgence. I’m excited about this new challenge, but will miss the incredible team I had the privilege to work with at Adobe.

If you have a Meta Quest Pro this is a quick and easy way to get a sense of how Apple Vision Pro’s eye tracking combined with a pinch gesture will feel. Shockingly intuitive and reliable. This is just a quick and dirty demo, but clear they’re onto something. Thanks, Thrill!.

Every "full-stack dev" knows they could build Twitter in a weekend. They're right, it's a trivial service if you're building for 100 people. Senior engineers understand the difference between building it for 100 people and 100 million is more than a million times as complex.
There’s a fun new way to be able to tell if someone is a dev or understands how things work … at all … which is whether they’re responding to what’s happening here with “twitter hasn’t broken yet so all of the staff must be unnecessary”.

This is excellent advice.
Before accepting a job offer, use this heuristic to find red flags on a company:. 1. Search on Linkedin.2. Find people who left the company recently.3. Send them "Hey, I'm about to join company X. What's your experience?". Companies check your references. You should do the same!.

😳. I don’t know who said “Time is just a convenient way to keep everything from all happening at once,” but the older I get, the closer it feels to “everything all happened at once.” I assume it’s an asymptotic function.
iOS is as old now as Windows 3.1 was when iOS first came out.
