It’s great that @IKEAUK are adopting EVs, but leaving a fully charged van plugged in at a fast charger for over 2hrs (whilst I was there) isn’t considerate. Blocking a charger doesn’t help the infrastructure and fellow EV drivers. Move it away or use the slower one.

I just wanted to publicly thank the @GreggsOfficial and @homebargains truck drivers on the A354 between Blandford and Salisbury 8-9am today when I was cycling. Very patient and wouldn’t pass me until there was plenty of room. A credit to your teams 👍

Hey @bppulseuk I’ve come to your 175kW rapid charger site in a gloriously sunny Weymouth only to find that (again) I’m paying over the odds for the electrons that aren’t getting in to my battery rapid. Your price structure has 3 tiers, this falls in the middle, not the top.

Still no reply from @bppulseuk regarding the £30 they have taken on my card for for the zero charge on my car.
@bppulseuk You have failed to respond to Case Number: 05107382 and today I see you have charged me £30.00 for the pleasure of 0.0kW ⚡️ added to my car. This really is not good enough. You might have over 8,000 charging points but you have zero customer service levels. 👎

Hey @bppulseuk Yet again you’ve given me a terrible experience. Pouring down with rain and the 4 options of payment gave nothing. For the record ICE’d means there’s a Internal Combustion Engine powered car parked at a charger. Mine’s a Mach-e. This puts people off EVs

I’ve been on hold with @LloydsBank for over 3 hours to get my card unblocked. I have called on another line and check this is normal, they said yes, the fraud team are the only ones to unblock it. I only have 5hrs left before I need to use it again. 🤞🤞🤞

First visit to an @InstaVoltUK rapid charge point yesterday. If you zoom in you can see the message ‘Sorry, station not available’ on both stalls. Not a good introduction to the network.
