Another type of shopper behaviour called “dehumanised purchasing” consists of consumers preferring to deal with bots when shopping online as they find them more reliable & trustworthy. They tend to distrust humans as they are limited in their expertise 👉
Our study has revealed 2 new types of shopping behaviours. The 1st is what we call the “Always More” e-shoppers. They display characteristics of unrestrained consumerism, meaning they buy greatly without the need to interact with other people. More here
