Logic is clean as the driven snow and it's an unmixed pleasure to teach it to students. In cultural & political moments like this I'm glad we're at the part of the course where we're doing proofs instead of talking about evidence, confirmation bias, heuristics, & fallacies.

Thoughts on being left out of the PGR: Sad... but the PGR is a vestige of the 90s, a time when well-funded non-ivy PhD programs in philosophy were jostling for recognition. PGR definitely served some purpose for students in low-info environments. Incl me as an undergrad.
