Just watched a young guy in WeWork demolish a Huel "ready to go" meal replacement drink. Curious what they contain I looked it up. Damn. Rapeseed oil is the #3 ingredient :( Not good.

NewPipe, which is a YouTube app for Android is pretty damn good vs the actual YouTube app. The download mode (video or audio only) works better for me than the download mode w/ YouTube Premium. All with no Google log in.

I really hope it doesn't become a socially acceptable norm to watch videos on the phone without headphones - in busy public spaces like trains, buses etc. Such that everyone in proximity has to either listen or put headphones in. Its surprises me how common it is already.
