I just read this. It's great. If you have questions about fitting together all of the pieces of assessment and intervention practices, this is a great read.
Need a nice summary of data-based decision-making in schools that is written for practitioners? I think this one is good. @TheNCII @nasponline @CECMembership.

As the school year gets underway, please know that you very likely have students with dyslexia and DLD in your classes. Here's a recent, open-access article with a great overview of what this means, why it matters, and what to do about it via @TruckTrucks .

I really enjoyed hearing @PengPeng_UT clearly explain his Bayesian network meta-analysis of reading comprehension strategy intervention for struggling readers at #SSSR2024 this morning. AND he has another paper that compliments this one coming out soon.

Great presentation from @cammiemcbride9 at #SSSR2024. She shares frustrations about state-mandated literacy training that has some notable omissions, including a lack of morphology training. She cautions that we can’t take the scientists out of the science of reading.
