Thanks for the invitation, I enjoyed preparing and giving the talk, would have loved to do it in person.

Build for the day after tomorrow's needs while anticipating AI improvements too. Few trends I can see clearly. - 'apparent' gap between small/local models & frontier models diminishes .- cheap & accessible creating of code to content.- even more fragmented bubbles of 'truth'.
If you build your company on top of today's AI, you will lose the race. To win you have to start building today on top of tomorrow's AI, so you're ready when it is.

Reminds me of the classic talk by Richard Hamming about taste. It's worth re-watch too! .
The two most important things in the world from here is no longer what school you went to or what your resume looks like. It is the amount of **agency** you bring to the table, and the **taste** you have that lets you get the most out of AI. Agency (prompting) and taste (evals).

Ask the same question to Gemini2.5. I was blown away by the complexity of the narrative and Vivid writting style me. From my point of view it's response on par with this . Prompt: .Please write a metafictional literary short story about AI and grief.
we trained a new model that is good at creative writing (not sure yet how/when it will get released). this is the first time i have been really struck by something written by AI; it got the vibe of metafiction so right. PROMPT:. Please write a metafictional literary short story.

What a long and elaborate set of hoops to jump just so that personal data is not misused. As @OfficialINDIAai considers how best to enable AI, we ought to think about ways to empower them so they are customers and not the products of these systems, which is what we all are atm.
I wrote a quick new post on "Digital Hygiene". Basically there are some no-brainer decisions you can make in your life to dramatically improve the privacy and security of your computing and this post goes over some of them. Blog post link in the reply, but copy pasting below
