That being said, I think that learning directly from practitioners who are willing to share on a platform like @MavenHQ is incredibly valuable. In addition to teaching there(, I have taken multiple classes on the platform that have been amazing.

I also have my MBA and can relate to what you're getting at here, though I definitely learned useful things there. (We did have an Entrepreneurship professor who had both successfully started companies and was an active investor in startups, so that helped.).
What motivated me to start @MavenHQ? Honestly? In part, it was being pissed off at MBA programs, how much they charge and how little value they offer… . In 2020, my wife was getting an MBA and I was her “+1”. Fresh off a 2-year sabbatical, I was chilling and thinking about what.
