SI recorded 21.3 inches of snow. This is outside P37R, a special needs school. You can't drive down the block. Snow banks make unloading wheelchairs nearly impossible. SIR is suspended. 1,300+ homes w/o power. How exactly are parents & teachers supposed to get to school?

The National Weather Service has issued a Blizzard Warning in NYC from 6am Sunday until 6pm on Monday. Heavy snow with major accumulations and strong winds (as high as 55mph) are likely during this time. This is the first Blizzard Warning in NYC (Central Park) since March 2017.
