It's not written into the constitution and you know this. The amendment was added to ensure all freed slaves received citizenship after we defeated the Democrats in the Civil War.
Birthright citizenship is literally written into the Constitution. There is no debate to be had: if you are born here, you are a citizen. Neither Donald Trump nor his handpicked Supreme Court can change that.

The Framers of the 14th Amendment would be horrified to see how grossly abused it is today. American citizenship is priceless, and it shouldn't be recklessly granted to those who do not respect our laws. End automatic birthright citizenship.
