Canada must stand with Denmark, Ukraine, and Greenland. Look at the map. We’ve already heard the expression of ā€œterritorial interestā€. Territorial sovereignty has to mean something.

Hundreds of millions of dollars in Canadian parts suppliers’ investments have been casually kicked aside without notice by this cowardly decision by Stellantis. 10,000 or so workers at these Canadian supplier plants are relying on Brampton to get a new product. No easy way out.

What can Ford do here? You can't pour a Jeep out on the sidewalk. Maybe he could drop one from a great height, or drive one into Toronto harbour.

Other provinces don’t need a ā€œfurther influx of federal moneyā€ to deliver $10/day childcare because they make it a priority. Of course, this is the same government that cut childcare funding 5 years ago, so no surprise here.
