There was a video doing the rounds of a West Ham fan who managed to get a ticket, when real fans are getting nothing but emails about reminders for renewing 2024/25 membership! Don't even get me started on Away credits...

Data @arsenal provided isn't transparent, and I think we'd like to see how many individuals applied to multiple ballots and got zero tickets, and also how many of the same people were successful. The rule that you can't enter ticket exchange if you didn't ballot is also laughable

What was meant to be a system to make it fairer and less easy for bots and resellers to snap up tickets seems to have made it harder for the real fans.

Arsenal are still flying high at the top of the table but I think we need to speak honestly about the ballot system for home games now. I think I speak for a number of Red and Silver members particularly who have managed to get to zero games all season from ballots
