people get all worked up about subtle discriminatory cues in job postings, like "rock star" or "ninja" or a long and rambling list of technical prerequisites... ...and breeze right past the blatantly discriminatory and equally useless "MUST HAVE COLLEGE DEGREE" at the bottom.
