📢#HouseofLords to have a new Northern Ireland Scrutiny C'tee (NISC) - House agreed the relevant Liaison C'tee report⬇️today. NISC will have remit similar to our Windsor Framework Sub-C'tee (which ended with last Parl) & is expected to start work early '25

On the second day of COSAC @LordRickettsP emphasised the importance of the EU taking an open approach to its "strategic autonomy" agenda. He argued this should include cooperation with likeminded partners where there are shared objectives, for example on policy towards China.
