If the gun misfired upon an agent removing the gun from Pretti’s holster, that is NOT a justified use of force. Don’t be dumb. The whole event reinforces that ICE is a made up goon squad of untrained, trigger-happy dipshits who have no idea what they’re doing.
This isn't what I see in the video. I see a man exercising his Second Amendment right, who was impeding law enforcement but not attacking them, whose gun may have went off when it was removed by an ICE officer, which then tragically ended his life as the other officers reasonably

There is a lot of correct anger toward what is happening Minneapolis. What I will not accept is social media users spreading this split image (and I’ve seen it a lot!) as if these actions are the same. They are not. Co-opting this image for today’s events is gross and ignorant.

Agents fired at least 4 or 5 rounds into to the victim after he was already neutralized if not dead. We all saw it. It’s beyond lack if training. It’s sanctioned murder.
