This was a great way to build off of our previous kinetic characterization and help better understand the distinct specificity profiles seen for Cas12a by @ItsOKIDoScience @IlyaFinkelstein. How does Cas12a compare to Cas9? It seems to have a more "hands-off" approach. 2/n.
