@EAHelp @TheSims I'm insisting on a refund because I expect a huge company like EA to know how to release games and not make it impossible to download and then just placate their customer by "working on it." This is a KNOWN ISSUE for Sims. You should have ALREADY troubleshooted this.

@EAHelp @TheSims the first thing i do when i log in is try to download. It will not work, but I will try. Then i clear cache and i try again. Then i clear cache and repair installation and try again. Oh but the team is "working on repairs" IT'S BEEN 9 DAYS. I PREPURCHASED THIS.
