As a result - people are fat! Like most people are fat, ranging from a bit chubby, maybe 20-25% bf minimum to substantially and very obviously obese. Just a lean, fit, healthy person stands out here.

Even very basic food - think fish and chip takeaways - is absurdly high quality compared to anywhere else I've tried. Beautiful fresh fish and lovely chips. Fruit and vegetables. It's extremely easy to overeat even on supposedly 'healthy' food.

In the south island of nz where I'm from, like 95% of the population is white, English ethnicity. Men and women are both pretty unattractive, I think because food is excellent quality (grass fed everything- meat milk butter) and not much culture of formal exercise- people fat

A freshly shaved head is soooo comfortable. I shave my head because I'm balding, but from a purely utilitarian perspective, it's a very functional haircut. Clean, comfortable, and hygienic. You do have to wear hats much more - either a sun hat or woolen hat.
