I used the Neuralink to write code for an Arduino to allow me to control an RC airplane with a quad stick. The possibilities are truly endless. Thank you Elon and the entire team at Neuralink. I am honored to be part of such a great program. @neuralink

A friendly warning for the Robotics startups: Do not sell a lot of your v1 product. A high-priced, generalist hardware / software / AI product is recipe for the highest return rates in history of consumer products. You’re better off selling a small number and getting to v2.

Europe has managed to breed out all entrepreneurial ambition. Anyone with an inkling of initiative has been forced abroad for 100+ years. It'll take generations to rekindle the spirit that originally built everything from Maersk to Mercedes. The genes are simply gone.

The German company that built the forklift used in the Louvre robbery uses a photo of the heist to advertise itself: “When things need to be done quickly.” 😂😂😂

The actual use cases for smartglasses: 1/ function of a goal 2/ structured environment 3/ no expectations of privacy However, I don't understand why now. I was watching smartglasses pilots since 2017 and hardly any proved to be successful. Just cost issue? Reminds me of
Amazon just unveiled their own smart glasses that are being tested by their delivery drivers. These wearables have built-in navigation and can scan packages.

Smart glasses are red herring: 1/ Socially accepted idea for the next interface, little actual use 2/ It is easier to imagine an image floating than something more abstract that is actually useful I saw our open ear headset as a stepping stone to smartglasses, but using it for
" if smart glasses are supposed to partially replace smartphones, shouldn’t that number be much higher than 60 million?" 8B people won't go around wearing glasses

Economic growth is literally everything. People fondly remember the times of high GDP growth and treat the ones with low growth as the dark ages. Growth means positive sum thinking becomes the optimal strategy and this is the bedrock of civic society. We must build more

removing apps let's go it's intents all the way. The issue was intents had to be deterministically set up (ie Zapier), now LLMs enable manufacturing them from fuzzy language. looking forward to fall of appstores!

Anduril CEO Brian Schimpf: “The US capital market structure isn’t 10% better than anyone else. It’s several thousand times better.” Where else could you finance $200B of data centers with no revenue? If we can aim that financial engine at manufacturing and defense, America wins
China Has Mass. Can America Catch Up? If a Taiwan war were to break out, the US would run out of high-end munitions in about 8 days. Currently, China is far outpacing us on raw scale. They have more personnel, more missiles, and more than 200 times the shipbuilding capacity.

Exclusive: Strava just sued Garmin, demanding the company stop selling all their fitness devices (watches and bike computers), due to infringing on a patent. I dive into what's being said, a whole lot of history, what it means, and much more: https://t.co/oSqt10EeKb
