I'll say it again:. A net-negative monthly cash flow on a rental property is not losing money. You still own the property and the tenant is still paying most of your mortgage.

FYI new scam - I would guess there is some phishing link in the description. “YouTube Creators” shares a private video with you, so the email comes from legit @YouTube email address. Why does YouTube allow people to name their channel “YouTube Creators”? @YouTubeCreators
