We had expected that with TATA taking over @airindia the service would improve. Just the reverse seems to have happened. They lost my luggage in direct flight from Del to Udr! No info about where the luggage is, when it will be delivered. None of the numbers respond! @DGCAIndia

I wonder why Air India treats its clients so shabbily and makes them wait in the airbridge for a long time when the airplane is not ready to board. Shouldn’t they let them wait with dignity in the departure area? @MoCA_India, @airindia @DGCAIndia @PMOIndia
