You want to get faster - you NEED volume . Scared of sprint volume? Get better at programming . This athlete (6’3 300lbs) ran his fastest sprint variation (prime time at 12 kilos) AFTER 12 sprints (5.17 m/s) . (He also did 8 max effort sprints and 4 prime times before this
