A friend asked if I watched #Panchayat’s latest season. We didn’t! The last 3 seasons, we watched all episodes on first day itself. This season’s story looked more artificially imposed than a natural village story. There was no connect in very first episode, so left it there.

Can anyone shed light on what is IIRF? is it NIRF renamed by replacing “national” with “Indian”? Or it’s a different institution ranking framework and why was it needed when one was already present.
