34 days @Dell @dellcares - what does “escalation” mean when so don’t get call backs, and no one can tell me a repair date? It’s a great laptop but it’s the last Dell me or anyone I know is going to buy.

29 days without a computer @DellCares and now part will be in on 4/15 is “we’ll call you on 4/18.” So basically this has gone from support to “whatever.” @Dell
