New publication from @CCITdk on #MPNsm. CALR specific T-cells induced by therapeutic vaccination fail to enrich in the bone marrow.💉. Transformed cells outnumber effector immune cells. The latter could impact the efficacy of immune therapy in MPN.

Peptide vaccines against mutant CALR incite strong T cell responses in patients with CALRmut #mpnsm but don't show any clinical effect.🤔.These days I perform an experiment at @CCITdk using this wonderfull machine, that will hopefully shed light on the lack of clinical response.
