I feel my paper on the Evidence Era is more pertinent than ever today, and across all domains of public life. We are depoliticising our societies and removing critical thinking and the taking of personal responsibility in the name of "evidence of what works".

It seems now the Evidence Era has fully penetrated sports as well… its never good how evidence becomes transformed into "evidence" in order to legitimise a practice so it cannot be scrutinised but must be taken as a "divine truth".
