Off to a good start. "Cookies" is an SQLite database. SQLite's dump command gives me a nice template to insert new rows. I log in to Twitter in a private window, find relevant cookies, insert them manually. auth_token, guest_id, and kdt seem to be the relevant ones.

@Peresnegro @thekitze In the web there is a SQLite DB running in memory in the window which is persisted on a background worker. SQLite is a lot more memory efficient compared to Postgres.
