I won the hilly Shires and Spires Trail Marathon! Only 59 starters and (probably) no Kenyans but not bad for a grey beard. Not fast, (>4hrs) and my Nav was BAD - 3 errors added up to 44.1k overall and a painful crawl through a thorn bush... (>>15.6C!) @runcompod #yourweekendruns
