Honestly can’t believe how @O2 are carrying on. I was a victim of SIM swap fraud, left with no service for nearly 2 weeks, and told all costs would be covered. Now they’ve got the cheek to text me saying I owe £145 this month. An absolute disgrace. #O2Fail #O2Disgrace #O2Fraud

Update: I just got a voicemail from @O2UK — but no call ever came through. The message? “We couldn’t reach you, keep your lines open.” That’s the entire issue: 📴 I can’t receive calls. 📞 So why use voicemail instead of fixing it? #O2Fail

Is @O2 the worst network in the UK? Went on a family trip to North Wales—both of us had O2 SIMs. Shockingly poor signal even in central Llandudno. We had a family emergency and O2 completely let us down. Totally unacceptable in 2025. #O2Fail #UKMobile

The 'experts' at @o2 took 6 wks to reply to me about an account I couldn't access online. I resolved the issue myself in the end by adding the account in question to my main phone account. Makes me wonder why none of them suggested this. Maybe I'm the expert. #o2Fail
