Been a customer with @O2 for over 20 years... Have struggled in the 14 years to get a signal at home. I have tried to persevere but this has lost me much work and is now not fit for purpose. Been told only business customers get a booster box. DISGRACE! #O2 #O2DISGRACE #O2UK

Honestly can’t believe how @O2 are carrying on. I was a victim of SIM swap fraud, left with no service for nearly 2 weeks, and told all costs would be covered. Now they’ve got the cheek to text me saying I owe £145 this month. An absolute disgrace. #O2Fail #O2Disgrace #O2Fraud
