🤣 I find it hilarious that @Mintmobile hides replies. They hid mine within minutes. Also, the misspelling of compliment doesn’t work here. Maybe if had been typed like compli-MINT or something.

Hey @VancityReynolds. Your soccer team is great but your @Mintmobile has the absolute WORST customer service of all the cell phone carriers. And that’s saying a lot. I’m about to drop my plan and head back to one of the “not this bad” carriers. Can’t believe it’s this terrible.

This is what @Spotify thinks of my @Mintmobile plan. Looking forward to switching carriers after my term is up. Getting deprioritized all the time leads to garbled calls, a bad music listening experience, and frustration all the time. MVNOs are not for anything critical.

Be careful of @Mintmobile I setup an account and 10 days later needed to switch to another phone that is incompatible. I prepaid for the service and they will not refund as their policy is only 7 days. Also no way to do a survey on the foreign chat agent. Use someone else.

RCS texting stopped working for me on @Mintmobile, but when I call the help desk, the reps HANG UP ON ME. I've called 4 times. When they realize they can't fix my issue, they HANG UP. What gives @Mintmobile???.
