A cover of Britney’s “Everytime” by Ethel Cain was the final song during the credits. Blake posted an IG reel before the premiere: “Britney, Thank you for your example and your contribution to women telling their stories. So excited about your biopic and all you have to come."
Blake lively promoting a move about abuse- saying it’s not a movie about DV while wearing the dress of a woman that was abused by the system Blake is pandering too. Not a peep

Wayfarer was shut out of the marketing plan. Sony allowed Maximum Effort free rein. (The cost wasn’t actually free though.) When Justin was ultimately integrated into promo content, she claims he “was using domestic violence commentary to cover his own behavior.”
@ashleybrianaeve @bizzysue @TVMovieAddict To add to that, she says Sony created and delivered the Marketing Plan. This is from her complaint (which btw she didn’t even mention Maximum Effort at all) and then a portion of the Baldoni timeline giving some context to her claims. Everything is so convoluted 😵💫

When I tried to express this ⬇️ sentiment to someone but I used the term “regret” about choices I’ve made, trying to understand them, grieve them. But regret wasn’t the right word. Too simplistic. The acknowledgment part of it is how you move through healing. ❤️🩹.
Acknowledging that CPTSD has powerfully influenced our decision making & personality in the past is not an "excuse." . It's realistically naming what we're up against, what we need to understand, & what we need to meet w/ compassion & skill if we're going to sustainably change.
