Man, I love web components. Had to implement a darkmode toggle, so I used one of my generic-components; generic-switch, styled it to be a hip darkmode toggle with emojis (thanks css parts!), and bobs your uncle.

@brob @astrodotbuild I really like a lot of the ideas, but if im being brutally honest, it feels a bit too rough around the edges for me still. Which is fair, because its very early still, but I havent been able to refactor the docs site for because I keep bumping into issues.

@LeaVerou Make and use them, they're great :) I've been reusing generic components ( in a bunch of my apps all over the place.

More changes to generic-components:. - shipped global styles for [skiplink], and [visually-hidden] attributes.- shipped js for skiplink and visually-hidden styles for use with constructible stylesheets among others (useful for usage in shadowroots).

@davatron5000 Have been happily using them both in personal projects and professionally (in an enterprise banking application). Very satisfying to use for personal projects as well.
